IMADSPAIN Solution

We offer a technical advancement in innovative and cutting-edge medicine from both Eastern and Western coloproctological schools, achieving excellent treatments and guaranteeing effectiveness while avoiding surgery. In other words, our treatments are outpatient, so patients do not need to take sick leave and can continue with their daily lives such as driving, walking, practicing sports, working, etc.

Our main goal is to respect the body as much as possible, avoiding aggressive procedures and long convalescences, which often result in irreparable aftereffects.

The treatment is applied through localized infiltrations of medication, vitamins, and moisturizing agents mixed together. This causes the retraction of the dilation of the hemorrhoidal packages, making the mucosa return to its original position.

It is possible that, due to the advanced state of the mucosa, recovery may not be fully achieved. In that case, we apply another medical procedure that progressively sections the tissue, enabling a simple recovery. Since the mucosa is a rough tissue without nerve endings, there is no need to apply anesthetic when performing any of the aforementioned treatments, as the patient does not feel pain.

With these protocols, we achieve outpatient treatment without exposing the patient to unnecessary risks. We ensure total success by progressively eradicating the problem, with no aftereffects and a trauma-free recovery. We also provide a full one-year guarantee with follow-up checks.

* Many patients ask us about the duration over time or the effectiveness, and in no case or technique can a lifetime guarantee be provided.
The difference is that undergoing multiple surgeries is unthinkable, but with our treatments this is not the case — the body does not feel attacked, and therefore it can be treated again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoids are dilations of blood vessels in the anus. The anus contains a large number of blood and nerve endings, which can become dilated and filled with blood, forming what are known as hemorrhoidal packages.

These hemorrhoidal packages usually go through periods of calm and aggressiveness, and they appear for many reasons, such as heredity, lifestyle habits, diet, stress, childbirth, etc.

Hemorrhoids are not usually painful. They are characterized by bleeding episodes that tend to calm down afterward. However, this calm is short-lived, and over time the condition can worsen, with more frequent and severe episodes.

More than half of the population suffers or has suffered from a hemorrhoidal episode at some point.

Some hemorrhoidal conditions are accompanied by pain, itching, or the sensation of needing to defecate without being able to do so easily. This is due to possible crises not involving bleeding, which may lead to thrombosis and result in very intense pain.

How can hemorrhoids be treated?

The treatments applied in most medical centers are either palliative or surgical.

Palliative treatments, such as creams and medication, are not a definitive solution — only a temporary one.

Surgical treatments are performed using conventional surgery, with scalpel or laser scalpel, cryotherapy, or ultrasound.

To subject a patient to surgery, hemorrhoids must be in an advanced stage. These methods do not guarantee total success, the postoperative period lasts for months, and the possibility of irreversible aftereffects is high.

In some cases, such as the application of cold to eliminate them, the process is very painful.

The application of any of these techniques does not guarantee that hemorrhoids will not reappear over time, potentially requiring another surgery or treatment.
